What is an Amazon FBA prep center?
A prep center receives your inventory, labels and packages it to Amazon's FBA standards (FNSKU, polybag, bundling, etc.), creates the FBA shipment, and forwards it to Amazon's fulfillment network — so you never have to touch a label gun.
How fast is your turnaround?
Standard inbound is received, prepped, and shipped within 24-48 hours. Q4 and large LTL receivings may take longer; the portal shows live ETA on every shipment.
Do you handle FBM (merchant-fulfilled) orders?
Yes. We pick, pack, and ship FBM orders for sellers who run hybrid FBA + FBM catalogs. Order data syncs from Seller Central via SP-API.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per-unit and depends on prep type (label only, polybag, bubble, bundle). There are no monthly minimums and every invoice itemizes the work performed.
Can you handle hazmat, fragile, or oversize products?
