FAQ

Pricing questions

How are units counted?

A "unit" is one inbound unit you receive and prep through Stratosphere in a calendar month. Pallets, boxes, and shipments themselves are not metered — only individual prep units.

What happens if I exceed my plan tier?

Nothing breaks. We will reach out to upgrade you to the next tier at the start of the following billing cycle. You are never cut off mid-month.

Are these final prices?

No — the rates above are placeholders while we finalize the public pricing page. The five tier structure (5k / 10k / 50k / 100k / Enterprise) is current.

Do I need my own warehouse?

Yes. Stratosphere Prep is software for prep centers — you bring the warehouse, the staff, and the sellers, and we provide the operating system.

How is billing handled?

Subscription is billed monthly to the prep center. Your sellers are billed by you, through Stratosphere, on per-unit rates that you configure in the platform.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are self-serve from inside the platform and prorated to the day.
